Meet Alison Jardie
With 30 years of experience in organisational and leadership development across both the public and private sectors, Alison brings a wealth of expertise to her work. As an award-winning leadership facilitator with a background in psychology, she partners with teams to drive transformation and create learning and development programs that deliver real, measurable results.
Alison founded Leadership Evolution 20 years ago, driven by her passion for helping others. She aims to provide bespoke leadership development and coaching, cultivate high-performing teams, and support leaders through transformative change. She was recently awarded the prestigious Australian Institute of Training and Development Award for Best Leadership Program. Her real-world experience is coupled with her passion for personal development and a strong focus on implementing practical solutions that get results.
Previously, Alison held senior leadership roles within the Queensland Government, focusing on workforce capability, leadership development and cultural change initiatives. With a strong background in management consulting, she has facilitated numerous leadership programs, coached over 300 leaders, and designed over 80 leadership initiatives tailored to various levels of leadership. Alison holds an MBA, Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology, and is a Fellow of the Institute for Learning and Performance Asia Pacific.

In this particular case, an engineering and technical organisation undertook a 12-month Senior Leadership Development Program designed to provide a comprehensive development plan tailored to the specific needs of its leadership team. This included executive coaching, a residential workshop, and group coaching designed to equip the team with new skills and behaviours within the organisation’s culture.
The approach combined accelerated adult learning techniques with experiential elements, ensuring participants could apply their new skills through individual and small-group coaching projects.
