Alison Jardie is the Director of Leadership Evolution, specialising in leadership development, executive coaching, and driving cultural change through organisational development initiatives. Alison has 20+ years experience in the organisational and leadership development fields. She has been responsible for leading large teams and organisational strategies, as well as designing and implementing successful, innovative and award winning development programs. She is a psychologist (with expertise in organisational psychology) and an NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer. Her unique offering is to combine traditional management and psychology disciplines with the latest brain science research and her passionate optimism for human potential.

Prior to commencing Leadership Evolution in 2008, Alison has held influential roles in the Queensland Government (10 years), across three departments, Main Roads, Treasury and Education, in roles including Director of Workforce Capability; Director of Learning and Development; Manager, Leadership and Management Development and Principal Consultant, Leadership and Culture. Her achievements have primarily centred around building organisational leadership capability, innovative leadership development and leadership strategies, fostering a coaching culture, managing significant organisational changes, implementing initiatives for cultural change, and strategic planning.

Early in her career she spent 6 years in a private management consultancy with a focus on psychometric assessments, organisational development consulting, learning and development programs, recruitment and selection, and general management consulting.

Alison’s methodology in coaching and facilitation draws on the disciplines of psychology and management tailored to each client based on their needs. Her approach centres around relational leadership and applied action learning. Alison’s real world experience is coupled with passion, drive and energy for people development, as well as a strong focus on implementing practical solutions and ensuring interventions have measures for results.
